Promotions are created as an extra offer to reward new and existing players within the Action Poker Network (APN). APN encourages players to participate in promotions but also has the responsibility of refraining players from abusing them. Any promotion abuse that comes to the attention of APN may result in the cancellation of that promotion and/or future promotions for that particular player or party. Our definition of abuse by a player includes but is not limited to the use of promotional offers without the player ever risking their own funds, meaning the use of questionable funds in our promotions could carry negative consequences.

• The $10,000 Guaranteed Tournament will have a 4 stage qualifying round.
• The $10,000 Guaranteed Stage 1 Satellite runs on Wednesday 4^th January 2012 at 7pm ET. Buy-in for this stage is free. 70 Seats will be awarded (in the form of 7 Emeralds per seat) to stage 2. This is a freezeout tournament. The top 3 places will also receive cash prizes.
• The $10,000 Guaranteed Stage 2 Satellite runs on Wednesday 11^th January 2012 at 7pm ET. Buy-in for this stage is $0.50 + $0.05 or 7 Emeralds. Players will have an option to re-buy (max 3 times) before the first break and there will be an add-on available at the first break, re-buys and add-ons cost $0.50+$0.05 each. 35 Seats will be awarded (in the form of 14 Emeralds per seat) to stage 3. The top 3 places will also receive cash prizes.
• The $10,000 Guaranteed Stage 3 Satellite runs on Wednesday 18^th January 2012 at 7pm ET. Buy-in for this stage is $1 + $0.10 or 14 Emeralds. Players will have an option to re-buy (max 3 times) before the first break and there will be an add-on available at the first break, re-buys and add-ons cost $1+$0.10 each. 35 Seats will be awarded (in the form of 35 Emeralds per seat) to stage 4. The top 3 places will also receive cash prizes.
• The $10,000 Guaranteed Stage 4 Satellite runs on Wednesday 25^th January 2012 at 7pm ET. Buy-in for this stage is $2.50 + $0.25 or 35 Emeralds. Players will have an option to re-buy (max 3 times) before the first break and there will be an add-on available at the first break, re-buys and add-ons cost $2.50+$0.25 each. 12 Seats will be awarded (in the form of 2750 Promo Bucks per seat) to the final tournament. The top 3 places will also receive cash prizes.
• The $10,000 Guaranteed Tournament will run on Saturday 28^th January 2012 at 7pm ET.
• The tournament entry price will be $25 + $2.50 or 2750 Promo Bucks.
• Players will receive 2000 starting tournament chips.
• The $10,000 Guaranteed Tournament will be a re-buy tournament, re-buys will be allowed during the first hour at a price or $25 + $2.50 and players will receive 2000 tournament chips per re-buy.
• There will be an add-on available at the first break for a price of $25 + $2.50, players will receive 5000 tournament chips for an add-on.
• Players are only allowed one active account. The name on a player's APN account must match the name on their payment method(s) used to make the deposit or the bonus will be void.
• The top 30 finishes will share the total prize pool.
• If deemed necessary, any Emerald treasures that are not used before the 2^nd February 2012 will be converted to Promo Bucks at a conversion rate of 55 Promo Bucks for every 7 Emeralds.
• This offer is not available for US players.
• APN reserves the right to limit the number of times a player may participate in a promotion. Identity of participants will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, email address, credit/charge/debit card number, and any other forms of identification which may be required. Where multiple participation is permitted, APN reserves the right to limit the number of bonuses earned by any participant.
• By participating in the Event you grant APN the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
• APN may, in its sole discretion, limit the eligibility of players or any one player to participate in promotions, and to restrict the eligibility of any group or category of players to participate in promotions.
• APN reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate a promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever, without further notice. However, APN will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to the players of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination.
• APN shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising as a result of any modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any promotion, and any liability of the sort shall be borne solely and exclusively by the end user.
• APN reserves the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time for any reason whatsoever. If upon such review it appears that a player is participating in strategies which APN in its sole discretion deem to be abusive, the Company reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such players to the promotion.
