PokerInCanada.com encourages players to participate in promotions, but to refrain from abusing them. Any abuse that comes to the attention of PokerInCanada.com may result in the cancellation of that promotion and/or future promotions. Our definition of abuse by a player includes but is not limited to the making use of promotional offers without the player ever risking their own funds.

• This bonus can only be redeemed once per player. Promotional funds deposited into a player’s account by any entity other than the player are not eligible for this bonus.
• A minimum deposit of $25 is required to claim this bonus.
• This bonus has a maximum deposit threshold of $500.
• This bonus has no play-through requirements and the bonus amount will be credited to the players account immediately after the deposit is made successfully.
• Players are only allowed one active account. The name on a player's PokerInCanada.com account must match the name on their payment method(s) used to make the deposit or the bonus will be void.
• PokerInCanada.com reserves the right to limit the number of times a player may participate in a promotion. Identity of participants will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, email address, credit/charge/debit card number, and any other forms of identification which may be required. Where multiple participation is permitted, PokerInCanada.com reserves the right to limit the number of bonuses earned by any participant.
• PokerInCanada.com may, in its sole discretion, limit the eligibility of players or any one player to participate in promotions, and to restrict the eligibility of any group or category of players to participate in promotions.

• PokerInCanada.com reserves the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time for any reason whatsoever. If upon such review it appears that a player is participating in strategies which

• No player may have more than one PokerInCanada.com account. If PokerInCanada.com detects a player with more than one account, we reserve the right to relocate all funds to one of the accounts and delete the extra account(s). Any bonuses given to the extra accounts will be removed.
• This bonus cannot be combined with any other bonus promotion.
