Promotions are created as an extra offer to reward new and existing players within the Chico Poker Network (CPN). CPN encourages players to participate in promotions but also has the responsibility of refraining players from abusing them. Any promotion abuse that comes to the attention of CPN may result in the cancellation of that promotion and/or future promotions for that particular player or party. Our definition of abuse by a player includes but is not limited to the use of promotional offers without the player ever risking their own funds, meaning the use of questionable funds in our promotions could carry negative consequences.

• Players are eligible to play in these satellite tournaments by paying the buy-in for the event.
• The winner that chooses a LAPT package agrees that it’s non-transferable and non-exchangeable. If you win, you must participate in the event or forfeit the package.
• The name on a player's CPN account must match the name on their payment method(s) used to make the deposit or the prize will be void.
• This promotion will run from May 25, 2009 until October 18, 2009
• The overall winner of the League of Champions gets to choose the LAPT event of their choices - Choices are Costa Rica, Mexico, Brazil and Uruguay. Argentina event is not valid in this promotion.
• If PokerStars and LAPT offer other destinations then these will also be available to the winner to choose from.
• There will be 6 weekly satellites for the League of Champions. Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 1pm and 9pm ET.
• The buy in for these tournaments is $5+$0.50 or 100 promo bucks with rebuys and add ons at the same cash price.
• All players are entitled to make a minimum deposit of $25 and use the bonus code "LOC" - with this you will be automatically credited 100 promo bucks which can be used to entry a League of Champions satellite.
• 1st place on each weekly satellite will receive direct entry to the League of Champions Final on 18th October 2009 at 5pm ET. 2nd place gets 33 copper coins which is entry to the $10k Main Event and 3rd place receives a free entry into another weekly satellite.
• The League of Champions Final will be a currency only buy in - rebuys and add ons will be available for $5+$0.50.
• The buy in for the Main Event on 18th October 2009 will be 10,000 Diamonds.
• All players that play in the League of Champions satellites will receive points and be placed in the leader board.
• The winner of the each tournament played will be removed from the league table (if they are placed on there) as they would immediately qualify to the League of Champions Final.
• The tournament leader board will be updated manually and posted on our site within 48 hours of the completion of tournaments.
• All players that finish a satellite will score points to go into the leaderboard. The formula we will be using to score the score for all players will be: (number of entrants/position) x 100
• The top 30 players in the leader board after all the weekly satellite have been played will receive direct entry into the LOC Final.
• Strict rules regarding player behaviour during the course of the promotion will be enforced. These may include penalties, up to and including disqualification, for foul language, abuse of dealers, players or any other person involved in the promotion/subsequent events attended by the winner, or any other behaviour that CPN, in their sole judgment, believes to be detrimental to its conduct during the course of the promotion/winning event. If you are penalized or disqualified from the promotion/winning event as a result of any rules infraction, CPN assumes no responsibility for your entry, which may be forfeited.
• By participating in the promotion you grant CPN the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
• The winner is solely responsible for obtaining any necessary travel and visa documents.
• The winner must be 21 years of age to play/participate in the promotion/winning event. All players will be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID) and validated e-mail address.
• You confirm that the name, email address, postal address, and phone number(s) associated with your CPN account are accurate, and agree that the person whose name appears on that account will be the actual person who plays in the promotion/winning event. Any discrepancy in this may result in disqualification from, or forfeiture of, the promotion's packages.
• If a participant cannot be contacted from the information provided in the CPN registration forms, CPN reserves the right to disqualify that participant at its sole discretion.
• No player may have more than one CPN account. If CPN detects a player with more than one account, we reserve the right to relocate all funds to one of the accounts and delete the extra account(s). Any bonuses given to the extra account will be removed.
• CPN reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time without warning.
• The winner needs to have flight availability for the dates of the trips awarded in the tournament.
• The winner is solely responsible for obtaining any necessary travel and visa documents before PokerinCanada purchases the buy in to the tournament.
• This offer is not available to players from the USA and Turkey.
