2010 WSOP

WSOP 2010 PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Promotions are created as an extra offer to reward new and existing players within the Action Poker Network (APN). APN encourages players to participate in promotions but also has the responsibility of refraining players from abusing them. Any promotion abuse that comes to the attention of APN may result in the cancellation of that promotion and/or future promotions for that particular player or party. Our definition of abuse by a player includes but is not limited to the use of promotional offers without the player ever risking their own funds, meaning the use of questionable funds in our promotions could carry negative consequences. APN have the right to change the terms, condition and the format of the tournament up to the running of the final event, at its own discretion, if necessary, in order to be able to send a player to the WSOP.

• The winner of the WSOP 2010 package agrees that it's non-transferable and non-exchangeable. If you win, you must participate in the event or forfeit the package.
• The name on a player's APN account must match the name on their payment method(s) used to make the deposit or the prize will be void.
• This promotion will run from November 18th 2009 until June 13th, 2010.
• The buy in for the final event will be $10+$1 or 45,000 Silver Rings.
• Players are allowed 3 re-buy at $10 + 1 each.
• Add-ons can be purchased at $15 + $1.50.
• The APN WSOP Event Final will take place on 13th June 2010 at 4PM EST.
• Finalists can register using cash or currency (45,000 Silver Rings).
• Players can buy in for cash to the final event or qualify via the different stage qualifications or the hourly free-rolls.
• The final stage will take place as long as the minimum 10 players have registered, up to a maximum of 3,000 players.
• The WSOP 2010 package does not include flights - the winner of this promotion is responsible for making their own travel arrangements to Las Vegas.
• The Package includes an entry ticket to the WSOP 2010 Main event and accommodation in Las Vegas for the duration of the participation in the WSOP 2010.
• Strict rules regarding player behaviour during the course of the promotion will be enforced. These may include penalties, up to and including disqualification, for foul language, abuse of dealers, players or any other person involved in the promotion/subsequent events attended by the winner, or any other behaviour that APN, in their sole judgment, believes to be detrimental to its conduct during the course of the promotion/winning event. If you are penalized or disqualified from the promotion/winning event as a result of any rules infraction, APN assumes no responsibility for your entry, which may be forfeited.
• By participating in the promotion you grant APN the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
• The winner is solely responsible for obtaining any necessary travel and visa documents.
• The winner must be 21 years of age to play/participate in the promotion/winning event. All players will be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID) and validated e-mail address.
• You confirm that the name, email address, postal address, and phone number(s) associated with your APN account are accurate, and agree that the person whose name appears on that account will be the actual person who plays in the promotion/winning event. Any discrepancy in this may result in disqualification from, or forfeiture of, the promotion's packages.
• If a participant cannot be contacted from the information provided in the APN registration forms, APN reserves the right to disqualify that participant at its sole discretion.
• No player may have more than one APN account. If APN detects a player with more than one account, we reserve the right to relocate all funds to one of the accounts and delete the extra account(s). Any bonuses given to the extra account will be removed.
• APN reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time without warning,
• APN may change the Terms and Conditions at its own discretion, including the format of the tournaments up to and including the APN WSOP Events Final, if and whenever necessary, in order to be able to send a player to the WSOP.
• The winner needs to ensure they have travel availability for the dates of the trips in place.
• The winner is solely responsible for obtaining any necessary travel and visa documents before ActionPoker Network purchases the buy-in to the tournament.
• This offer is not available to players from the USA and Turkey.
